Storyline:  Flatwoods 2022 Based on true events, a small group of children and a mother had a close encounter of the third kind in 1952 in Flatwoods, West Virginia, with an alien that became known as The Flatwoods Monster The small town has never been the same since with the case receiving national attention Decades later, a young woman named Carol James Mandy June Simpson makes a documentary about the Flatwoods Monster and ends up in hot water when she uncovers genuine alien footage The Men in Black soon become aware she has obtained this precious evidence and are hot on her trail Carol isnt alone, however, as she is aided by a mysterious inhuman who has a larger grasp of what is really going on in Flatwoods FLATWOODS is a mix of documentary and sci fi narrative based on actual reported sightings and is sure to attract genre fans The film also features interviews with actual ufologists and experts
