Storyline:  Fugitive Nights Danger in the Desert 1993 Cutter, a down on his luck cop, waits for a early retirement from the Palm Springs police due to his leg problem, while spending his days in the local bar P I Brita Burrows offers him a 1000 dollars work to follow her clients husband While on the job he meets a young hotshot cop, Hareem, whos looking for a Mexican who might be involved in a drug trade and was last seen with their clients husband He joins the case Cutter asks his ex cop buddy Graves, whos haunted by the guilt for killing a boy by mistake, to help out with the job Cutter likes Brita, Brita wants the clients check, Hareem wants a promotion, and Graves needs some peace for his soul
